The Flying Trunk books parties on a first-come, first-serve
basis.
We recommend booking your party at least 4-6 weeks
in advance.

Hosted Parties
Below are our recommended party
times. Depending on the date, theme and location of your
event these times may be negotiable. We will do our best
to work with you to find a suitable date and time for your
event.

Trunk Rentals
Trunk rentals are available 7 days/week.
Once you have booked your trunk rental, a deposit of
$50 must be received by us, within 7 days in order to secure
your reservation.
The remaining balance is due upon receipt of your
party items and may be paid by cash, cheque or money order
(payable to The Flying Trunk). We will also at this time
require a security deposit of $100.00, payable in cash only.
The security deposit is returned to you when all party items are
turned in.
Guest Confirmation
A theme party specialist will contact you
the week of your party to review the RSVP's that have been
received and to determine the exact headcount for your event.
Parents and other adults are welcome to stay and
enjoy the fantasy. Also, siblings are welcome provided they
are well supervised as many of our accessories contain small parts
that are not suitable for young children.
Please remember that your party package includes
ONLY the birthday child and their confirmed guests. Unfortunately,
we are unable to accommodate unexpected guests as we pre-prepare
our parties based on the final headcount confirmed days before.

Party Specifics
Children DO NOT get undressed. We
recommend that the girls wear a leotard or bathing suit for easy
changing and a better fit.
Please serve food before or after The Flying
Trunk attends your party, this reduces the possibility of food
accidents around the costumes (unless a tea party is scheduled).
Guests have the best party experience when we
are able to focus our allotted time and give our full attention to
you and your guests. For the BEST parties... plan food and
other distracting activities before or after the entertainment.
The length of your party depends on the party
package you choose, the number of guests and their ages.
Your Theme Party Specialist can discuss this with you in more
detail.
Our parties are based on a schedule and
work best when all guests arrive on time. Those guests arriving
late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.
FOR EXAMPLE: The group has already completed the craft and
moved onto the make-up session, the late guest must skip the
craft and join in the make-up session. We suggest
asking your guests to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to the scheduled
party time. This helps to ensure that most guests have
arrived by the scheduled time for your event.

We are happy to adapt a party to better suit your
needs. Please feel free to discuss any ideas you may have.

Please read our
service contract carefully. To
book a party, print and complete the
form. Mail your completed form with service contract
plus your $50 deposit cheque or money order to:
Once your form has been received, one of our theme party specialists will contact you
to confirm the date and time of your theme celebration.
In the case of severe weather, The Flying Trunk
reserves the right to reschedule your party to a mutually agreed
date and time. If you choose to cancel, the deposit in
non-refundable.

Cancellations
Parties may be rescheduled with 7 days notice.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
