I want a sleep over party, how can I do that?
Reserve the theme party of your choice for either
Friday or Saturday evening at 6:00 pm. After we entertain
your guests and clean up, your party continues until you choose.

Do you have change rooms for the children?
No, they are not required as guests DO NOT get
undressed. Depending on the theme all costumes are designed to be worn over
the child's clothing, a
leotard or bathing suit. We recommend that you inform your
guests of this on your invitations. Boys attending your
party wear their costume over their clothing.

Are boys welcome?
Boys are welcome at all tea parties. We have
costumes for boys and they can fully participate in all
activities. Our fashion and spa parties are geared toward
girls only.

What if a guest has food allergies?
Please inform us of any concerns and we will do our
best to be accommodating. If a guest has severe allergies that we
are unable to accommodate them, either you or the child's parent
should provide alternate refreshments for that child.

Can other parents stay for the party?
Many of our parties are high-energy with make-up,
dress-up, photo taking, crafts and LOTS of movement. If
there is ample room without interference, we welcome an audience.
However, we strive to create an environment of "fantasy" so we
kindly request your assistance in keeping the noise level down so
the party guests can hear and follow the directions of the
theme-party specialist.

Can siblings of the guest stay for the party?
Siblings, who are not guests to the birthday child,
are allowed to stay as long as they are supervised. We provide
many accessories that contain small parts at many of our parties
and they may not be appropriate for very young children. Also
please remember that the package that you have paid for only
includes entertainment and refreshments for the birthday child and
their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate
unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties
based on the final headcount given to us prior to the party.

What happens if guests arrive late?
Our parties flow well with a pre-determined
schedule, and work best when all guests arrive on time. If you
have a guest that arrives late they may join the party at whatever
point it has progressed to. This is necessary in order to provide
the least amount of disruption to the party, and your
understanding is appreciated.

Who takes care of a guest that has a behavior problem, or does
not want to participate?
Our goal is to give you and your child a positive
memorable experience. We realize that you may have other adult
guests to entertain, however to help us accomplish our goal we
need you to be available if the children become unsettled and need
more than friendly persuasion to cooperate and not detract from
the enjoyment of the party.

Can I have my party outdoors?
Yes, but a party director must pre-approve the
location and weather must permit it. We reserve the right to
decide whether the outside area is suitable for our equipment.
Please keep in mind; the weather is subject to change. Some
things to consider about having your party outside: Have a back up
plan and space indoors in the event of bad weather or a very
hot/cold day. Remember that children will not want to put on
dress-up clothes if it’s very hot outside.
